Class Schedule for 2023
Yoga in Perth
Perth Community Centre

(next door to Perth Child Care and the Primary School)
Mondays 6.30pm - 8pm $25
Yoga in Riverside
Windsor Community Precinct,
1 Windsor Drive, Riverside
in the Community hall.
Thursdays 5.30pm - 7pm $25
Classes can be booked and paid for using the BOOK NOW button on this site.
(I will have a square with me if you need to pay by bankcard on arrival to class.)
No classes during the school holidays unless otherwise advised.
My Yoga classes involve
pranayama (breathing techniques) to begin connection with yourself,
warm up movements and motion meditations,
sequences of poses, holding shapes and focussing on a variety of aspects,
fun ways to release anxiety and promote relaxation,
there's affirmations, chanting sometimes
and then we always finish with a guided relaxation, oh yeah.
I like to offer a wide range of experiences and the classes are always unique.
Bring your own yoga mat and a warm blanket.
Have an empty belly and an open heart.
Leave all your expectations and 'to do' lists at the door,
come in and let go,
so you can
GROW.
