About Me
My name is Martine and I began teaching yoga in 2005.
I spent 6 amazing years teaching my flow yoga style
in my home town of Esperance, Western Australia.
I moved to Tasmania in 2010 and began teaching classes and workshops and retreats,
and currently offer classes in Perth and Riverside.
My yoga has changed and grown as I have,
meeting and getting bendy with an incredible and warm hearted yoga community here in Tassie.
Living here with my family and friends and exploring this incredible island is so magical.
Sharing yoga is a fantastic gig,
the people I meet inspire me to expand and GROW
and to always keep exploring.
On the mat I like to cover the whole make up of human existence
mind, body, breath, awareness, heart and soul.
Yoga has been such a gift in my life,
helping me through the hards times,
keeping me healthy and building my resilience
and it has taught me to meet myself honestly,
as I am, with love.
Yoga helps me to thrive and reminds me to let my light shine,
even when it feels scary.
I am deeply grateful to the people who come and play yoga with me.
For as I teach, my students also teach me
and in this we help each other
GROW.
